I heard Alessandro Cozzi on The Hustle podcast last week.
He’s the founder of HelloI, a platform trying to reinvent the resume with AI.
The pitch?
Resumes have been around for 500 years, dating back to Leonardo da Vinci. We’ve used a couple of pages to show our worth, find jobs, and make hires. But can two pages really capture your unique experience?
HelloI wants to change that. They’re building “Digital Resumes” powered by AI.
These are dynamic profiles that tell your whole story, not just keywords on a page. Recruiters can interact with your expertise directly through AI.
The mission resonates with me.
How we search for jobs is changing.
Companies should look at your whole career progression, not just a static document.
But my honest take?
Don’t spend much time on it. Not yet.
This is a supply side problem.
HelloI needs companies using the platform before it’s worth your time as a job seeker. Until recruiters are actually looking there, you’re building a profile no one will see.
If you want to try it? Fine.
But treat it like a side project, along with building your resume on Lovable like Elena Verna or new workflows, like Ryan McCready.
Spend 5 to 10% of your job search time there, max.
The other 90% of your time should be spent on:

โ๏ธ Remote work stance:
EA operates a hybrid work model requiring employees to work from their local office at least three days per week.
Employees living within a 30-mile radius of an EA location will transition to this hybrid model, while those outside this radius will be considered remote unless their role is designated as On Site or Hybrid.
These changes will be implemented with a minimum 12-week notice period, with some transitions phased over 3-24 months.

I recommend different LLMs for different use cases, but the best way to sharpen your AI skills is testing out different models yourself. Chathub lets you compare models side-by-side by sending one prompt to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others at once.
It’s perfect for creative work, research, customer support, and content creation, so you can see what each model does best in real time.
